Client portal · White label · For planners

A client portal for wedding planners — with your brand on it

Each couple sees the tools you share — RSVP, seating, run of show — in a space that can carry your logo. You control what goes live.

No credit card. You land in the demo dashboard and pick a plan when it fits. From $29.99/mo.

Your clients should not live in your texts

The couple wants a headcount and you send another screenshot

Without a place of their own, every question is a message. Your brand disappears into PDFs, and they never see the work already in your dashboard.

The old way

  • iMessage as the client portal

Lists, times, and questions in the same thread. Nobody knows what is published and what is a draft.

  • Your brand never shows up for the couple

They log into generic tools. The work looks like the app’s — not your studio’s.

  • They cannot see RSVP or seating

You have it in the dashboard. They ask for screenshots. Same data, twice.

The Bridal Link way

  • One portal per couple

They see the tools you share. RSVP, seating, and the run of show stop living in an attachment.

  • You decide what goes live

This is not full CRM access. You share what fits that stage of the project.

  • Logo and colors on Atelier

The portal and PDFs can carry your brand. White label — logo and colors — ships with Atelier.

What your client sees

Three layers of a portal that does not replace you

Couples see the tools — not your back office

They follow RSVP, seating, the run of show, and whatever else you publish. The professional dashboard stays on your side.

You choose what to share

Turn access on when the project is ready. A change in your dashboard is the same number they see.

White label on the Atelier plan

Logo and colors on the portal and exports. The portal works without Atelier; with Atelier, it feels like yours.

Client portal FAQ

What does the couple see in the portal?

The tools you share: RSVP, seating, the run of show, and whatever else you publish for that wedding. They do not see your CRM or other couples.

Is the portal white-label?

The portal is part of the platform. Logo, colors, and branded PDFs are on the Atelier plan.

Do I need Atelier for couples to have a portal?

No. Get started free and try the dashboard. Atelier is the plan if you want the portal and PDFs to carry your brand.

Do couples sign up on their own?

No. You create or invite each client. This page is not a couple signup.

Is the portal in English and Spanish?

Yes. The portal and wedding website can run in both languages when guests or the couple need it.

Do I need a credit card to get started?

No. Get started free, land in the demo dashboard, and pick a paid plan only if it fits.

If you are the couple

Want your planner to run your wedding this way?
